Whew! That’s a lot of Telecom. I thought it would be a good idea to define what we mean by the term.

According to Merriam-Websters, Telecommunications is the technology of sending and receiving signals, images, etc., over long distances by telephone, television, satellite, etc.

That is just a tip of the iceberg on what Telecommunications really is. In reality Telecom encompasses any tool and technology that enables the exchange of information by electronic means and refers to all types of voice, data and video transmission. These transmitting technologies include telephones (wired and wireless), microwave communications, fiber optics, satellites, radio and television broadcasting, the internet and telegraphs.

The technology is changing and changing rapidly. As Telecom Service Consultants, we stay ahead of the changes, evaluate the good from the bad and are in constant contact with the Telecom providers to get you the communication solution(s) in place to support your specific needs at the lowest possible price.
