Case Study
A customer was using one of the well known VoIP providers for their UCaaS service and was coming up on the end of their contract. They wanted to evaluate other suppliers who might have a more robust but easier to use conferencing platform. Their current supplier rebrands the communication services of another company and integrating it with Zoom video and web conferencing services.
We had them review a solution from another supplier that has their own proprietary conferencing solution, a Microsoft Teams direct routing partner and finally their current VoIP supplier. They were launching their own new proprietary platform.  Â
After carefully evaluating cost, features, and ease of use it was decided to stick with their current supplier who allowed the customer to continue to use their Zoom service but to also begin using the supplier’s newly launched Conferencing platform. Another deciding factor was they could continue to use SMS texting on their current platform and not start over.
